  • A true haven of peace 10 minutes by bike from the pedestrian centre of Aix. Flat garden of 6,000m2, Diffazur swimming pool, bowling alley, direct view of the Sainte Victoire. In addition, a vegetable garden (you can pick tomatoes from the garden), turtles, swings, etc.

    The house is spacious, bright and modern. It has recently been refurbished (parquet flooring, roller shutters, open kitchen, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, Thermomix, etc).
