"The first night was a nightmare since there was nobody in the hotel to receive us. After two trips of 18 kilometers (one way) from Marrakech to the hotel, we finally gave up and booked ourselves for the night in Marrakech. Two expensive telephone calls to Expedia offices in the USA did not help because they could not reach the hotel staff on telephone. "The Nobu Hotel Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. When I stepped into the stunning lobby, I was in awe of the property's beautiful design. They offer many amenities, but the real highlight of the Nobu experience is the rooftop bar. This oasis overlooking the city is simply breathtaking. The bartender, Adem, was a true professional and made my visit to the rooftop a good experience. Sana, the hostess, was a good sport in helping me capture some highlights. The level of service throughout the hotel was also impressive."
