We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"Very nice hotel. What made this a 5 star rating is the gentleman working the front desk at 0500. I was uncomfortable walking to the train station which is about a ten min walk, at that hour. I went to the ground floor to leave and there was a man standing outside the door looking very interested in getting in the hotel. I went back to the reception desk. I told the gentleman what I saw and that I wasn’t comfortable walking with luggage to the station. He checked the security camera and saw what I was talking about and immediately called a taxi. He then escorted me to the car and stayed until I was inside the taxi. Please send along my appreciation and thanks. Yeah, the cab was €10 but it was money well spent. "
