We had a great experience here. We utilized the train system and its within walking distance to the hotel. Roughly around 10 min walk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful I. Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

Excellent hotel near everything

I was there for the Rosenheim Music Festival and the location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to the outdoor facility where the concerts were held. There were tons of dining and shopping options within walking distance of this modern hotel. It was perfectly situated near the heart of the city. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely return!

While the check-in staff as well as the staff during breakfast was very friendly, housekeeping (by an external provider) was lacking tremendously. One of our booked rooms was never cleaned. In our second room that was paid attention to, the maid only changed towels, yet never cleaned the bathroom (neither sink, nor shower, toilet or floor). We had to do this ourselves with the help of paper towels and hand soap). She didn't vacuum and only quickly adjusted the blanket on the bed. She never cleaned/changed the used cups next to the coffee maker or added new coffee/tea. Breakfast was mediocre at best. For those trying to eat healthy and low-carb, there was hardly anything there. Considering that the hotel was supposedly renovated only four years ago, the wall were stained with black spots. The treadmill in the gym was out of order. One of the two elevators (installed in 2021!) was constantly malfunctioning.
