The apartments are a great size but if wifi and and tv reception are required don't do it. Wifi continually dropped out and tv pixelated continually making it totally useless.

The location is about 10mins walk to centre of Airlie. The property has most of the kitchen amenities and also a washing machine which was handy. The property we stayed in requires a deep clean and could benefit from a proper clean prior to welcoming new guests.

Loved the size of the apartment and the views to die for!! A little bit far away from everything but we knew that going in. The climb back up was only done by cab ... worth the $8-10 fare. Very peaceful and tranquil. Amazing corner 2 bedroom unit with great spacious balcony. Very private from other units. Fabulous accommodations with a few hick-ups. Power breaker flipped a few times and our dryer was not functioning. Beach towels were not available to rent as stated in their booklet. A few more bath towels would have been wonderful instead of the one each for a six night stay. Dryer wasn’t functioning so made for a long dry of the towels on the rack. Easter long weekend so reception staff not available for assistance. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, big apartment and good view
Great 2 bed apartment with views back down to Airlie and the bay. Apartment was large and modern. About a 10min walk too the main drag, but up a very big hill so not really walkable home. Only problem we had was the tv didn't work for the entire trip. we brought it up with them but it wasn't fixed over the 3 nights we we're there.

Hi Ashley Glad that you enjoyed your holiday at Airlie. We recommend that you enjoy walking down the hill to get the great view from the hill, but get a taxi back. The Tv is now working as the Repeater at Mandalay Bay has now been fixed by the Communications Authority

Really great value for money, oceans views really nice and the overall apartments are clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is also great and has a stunning view looking out at the ocean and a bunch of greenery. About a 15 minute walk to the main strip however the hill going back up is pretty steep, so we took a taxi back up if we had any groceries/heavy things to carry - cost about $7 AUD. Overall well worth it and i would definitely come back and stay here

Very friendly staff. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. You need a car to get into town or taxi. Would recommend for family or just a couple that are looking for a self contained apartment

Airlie beach's best apartments.
These apartments are brilliantly designed and have a modern and highly functional appeal. They are spotlessly clean. There are great views as well as a great swimming pool and barbecue terrace. Airlie beach is no longer just for backpackers and it was excellent for our 2 boys. Especially the lagoon with free gas barbecues. Some areas of the town are lively with loud music at night but the Summit apartments are far enough away for this to not be a problem. The hill that they sit upon is a great 15min walk from the town centre if you fancy a little fitness too. Really impressed.

Great luxury apartment in quiet location
An excellent apartment for those wanting easy access to the Whitsunday Islands whilst escaping the hustle and bustle of the Airlie Beach central area. One possible downside, unless you are particularly fit and healthy, it that it is fairly essential to have a car, since the walk from the town centre to the apartment is very steep. Large individual parking spaces are allocated to each apartment. The apartment was spacious, modern, light and airy, and had a well equipped kitchen. A large balcony overlooked the bay. Our bedroom and en-suite bathroom was very comfortable and well designed. A walk-in wardrobe allowed us to keep the room free of the clutter of cases and clothing. Good laundry facilities were available in the apartment through a washer, drier and iron. Good WiFi access was available at a reasonable cost. We would certainly recommend these apartments to other visitors to the Airlie Beach area.

nice apartments in good position BUT bad place for couples as echo and very noisy. To be avoided during school holidays especially if a romantic holiday, as the kids drag furniture around the upstairs balcony at 6.30 am..

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated with a large kitchen. On arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view room. Plenty of room in the under cover car park. The pool was great to do laps or to play in for the kids.

We took an apartment in the off season and it couldn't be better. Great price, a nice distance from the centre so no disturbances, a very comfy room with all the mod conns (apart from wi-fi, although they have free wi-fi at the pool area). I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a lovely stay.

Apartments were huge and in pretty good condition. Great media connectivity on TV and stereo. Would be a great place to enjoy a longer stay with a group. Be mindful that the 15 minute walk to central Airlie Beach is very hilly and there are no restaurants/stores in the residential/hotel neighborhood. Pool and common area were ok, however they require you to pay $5 to hire pool towels.

Best Value Apartment at Airlie
My husband, 2 daughters and I stayed at the Summit Apartments for a long weekend in November 2011. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, and were pleasantly surprised at the price for the 4 of us. From reviewing other accommodation I believe the Summit to be the best value for money in Airlie. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and directed us to our apartment and carpark. The apartment was roomy and clean. There was a huge refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, microwave etc. Our room had an open plan bathroom with a large shower and bath and separate toilet. The King bed was very comfortable and all of the rooms had air-conditioning and fans, which you need this time of year. The balcony had a sea view and came complete with wild cockatoos that would come and sit with you, especially if you had food. The reception desk offered many tours and were happy to give us information about local restaurants. If you stay on a Saturday there is a fantastic market which runs from 7am-1pm along the waterfront, and we bought some tasty treats to bring back to our apartment. The Summit Apartments are located a short distance from the main centre and within easy walking distance, just be aware that it is a rather steep climb back. The pool was clean and well maintained and overall the apartment facilities appear very new. I will definitely be returning there for another holiday with my family and highly recommend Summit Apartments to other travellers.

Fantastic location and lots of room to spread out. I loved the layout and the modern decor. I would have given this hotel a five out of five rating UNTIL I decided to sleep on the foldout couch with my son while we watched tv. When I opened the bed, I noticed that it had been left untouched (sheets and all) since the previous occupants had used it. Imagine my disgust when I noticed old bits of cereal still in the bed! I'd say this was just a slip on the part of housekeeping especially since everything else was so clean and tidy, but it makes you wonder what else was missed.
