Ocean View 5 Bedroom Holiday Home | Perfect Whitsundays Escape

The Location is set in the desirable Kara Crescent, one of the best sea view streets in Airlie Beach. Airlie Beach Seaviews will dazzle your senses with its 180 degree water views. Relax beside your sparkling swimming pool with its own tropical waterfall, or enjoy a BBQ on your elevated pool cabana. Guaranteed this area is where you will spend most of your time relaxing and entertaining your family and friends. Your accommodation is only a short walk to the main street of Airlie Beach where you can enjoy the many restaurants on offer and the iconic Airlie Beach nightlife.

The property is on 3 levels allowing plenty of room for a large family, with formal lounge and dining rooms and stunning large kitchen with slate floor and stone bench tops. Budding chefs will be ecstatic with the appliances such as a gas cooktop, dishwasher, wall oven and microwave, De Longhi Nespresso machine (a selection of pods is provided but bring your favourite flavours), plus a large Samsung fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser. This kitchen is sure to delight the entire family.

French doors connect the living/dining area out on to the cascading decks where you can relax and take in the Coral Sea Marina and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

Airlie Beach Seaviews, offers five large fully air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite complete with generous walk in robe, ensuite and a private deck with views out to the Coral Sea. Two large size bedrooms both fitting queen beds are also available on this level. The ground level has an additional self-contained suite with a lounge area and a king bed. This area is perfect for the Grandparents or teenagers retreat. On the top level is the kids retreat with bunk beds that will surprise and delight, this is definitely an exciting space for the little ones to escape too.

A double lock-up garage is available, plus drive way parking for up to two extra cars. Oh and don't leave your fur babies at home as we are pet-friendly!

Whitsunday magic

It’s a beautiful home but the amount of stairs was not mentioned. Challenging for older people with bad knees, & a bit unsafe for toddlers. Plenty of space for larger groups. Lots of different areas to relax in. Cd do with more comfortable outdoor chairs, lounges on balconies. The views were fantastic.

We spent most of our time in the swimming pool and it was just perfect! We love cooking and the kitchen was so well equipped. The owner has thought of everything! The team at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were fantastic and only a phone call away if we needed any activities booked. Can't recommend this house or agency enough. We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is probably the key feature, with the view of the Airlie harbor being spectacular. The house itself is quite unusual in layout with a large central staircase linking four levels, however this is great if you have a large group of people who seek a high standard location with the option to have some privacy if required. The staircase in the house is quite steep so need to take some care if you have small children. Overall, a fantastic place and well worth the cost in comparison to a hotel option or smaller venue for multiple groups or people.

Reviewer Comments: The house is epic – there is loads of space and all the furniture and facilities you might possibly need, plus the incredible view is just like in the pictures. The layout of the house means it suits families or groups as there are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. There are large dining tables inside and outside and different areas to relax and chill – my favourite being the cabana next to the pool. Probably best of all is the view – you don’t need to try hard to be amazed by it – just look out of the window or go outside and it’s there! The house is well located with the lookout walking trail starting just across the road, the town and coral sea marina being just a couple of minutes away, and the supermarket close by. The house is great for hanging out at all day, or as a base to explore the area and Whitsundays by land or water. Will definitely be returning here.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was in a great spot. However, the cleaning was very poor. Also I needed pest control as they were ants everywhere throughtout the kitchens as we had to wash all plates again every day which were left overnight to dry. Dust mites were all over beds and all had allergy to them. Towels were torn and only one roll of toilet paper provided in each toilet and some were not a full roll.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home, the view, the welcome platter, the pool, the rooms were all spectacular. Our 3 generation family had “the best holiday ever” as stated by the grandchildren.My only concern is that the advertising did not mention that the home was over 5 floors and my husband has mobility issues which provided a challenge. The pool also had no rails and difficult steps for someone with mobility issues. A poolside toilet would also avoid the need to walk back into the house wet.

Arriving at the property there was a very foul smell through the downstairs bedroom and living area coming from the bathroom drains. The house was priced well for what it is.If you’re elderly I would not recommend as there’s about 6 levels and plenty of stairs. Overall the house is quite nice and well presented other than a little run down. BUT i wouldn’t not recommend this house if you want to breath!!! The neighbours rang about noise complaints 3 times on the first night before the noise curfew. We were just downstairs talking with very light music playing and they kept ringing saying we’re too loud LOL. We could hear them coming outside and spying on what we doing. They could easily approach us if they think we’re too loud rather than just ringing and complaining for absolutely nothing making us sound like we’re having a party. So if you are planing on making the SLIGHTEST bit of noise than don’t even bother with this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great and location is perfect. Views are stunning and everything needed is provided. Unfortunately the pool was not clean when we arrived and was only cleaned the next morning. Considering the level of luxury this property is meant to have, I would have expected this to be rectified asap. Also, we found some tiles and floor trims in one of the cupboards and one of the aircon remotes in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. It was replaced the next day but that one also didn’t work. The teilung of the deck was loose in one spot which could have posed a real safety issue. Overall we loved the property and location and would return. Just with the price and how the property positions itself in the market I would not have expected those faults. We emailed the rental business afterwards providing this feedback but never heard back which was disappointing.

Only a little sunshine

Luxury fittings and equipment and tastefully decorated. Made it a very relaxing holiday house, despite the rainy weather. It would have been nice to have had a small chair in the main bedroom dressing room for us older citizens when getting dressed. A box of tissues we expected too, as well as a pair of scissors in the kitchen

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at this property for 5 days over Easter and had a fantastic time. The property itself is incredible and a lovely place to be. It was very clean and as described in the listing. Would definitely look to stay here again! The staff at the company were also very accommodating with multiple arrival time and letting us leave luggage at the office on our day of departure. The property is at the top of a fairly steep hill so I would consider getting a car next time I stay as taxis in the town were not available often, but it is walkable if necessary.

The only suggestions is that considering how many people it sleeps, we were left with one small bin in the kitchen with 3 small bags, which as there was 9 people in the accommodation, would suggest something bigger or more bags, same applied for the toilet paper. Also was not comfortable that there was CCTV cameras over the pool area which is recording, as we have a few under age girls swimming and tanning, we were not comfortable having this being filmed. Other than that we were very happy with the house and location and the friendly and very helpful staff that assisted us.

Beautiful Location with Stunning views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a beautiful location, offering great views over the Marina area of Airlie Beach. Easy walking distance to shops, and a good selection of places to eat. With rooms on 3 floors, some older members of our family group, did find the number of stairs rather more than they expected. I think more reference to this should be given. Comfortably furnished, a well equipped kitchen, with good quality equipment. A a problem with the main power supply occurred, it was dealt with promptly by letting agent.
