"Off all the chain hotels we stayed in in Japan, this is our favorite, so much so that we plan to look for Daiwa hotels now when we book for future trips. Nice big lobby, bilingual staff, easy check in/out with automation, nice rooms, modern and larger bathroom. Everything seemed upgrade level.
