"I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”. I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me. Again, the service sucked. The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel."

"I will send a formal conplaint. I was promise a reliable internet connection. I had a program to teach and unfortunately, the internet connection got cut off more than 25 times which rendered tue teaching very hard. When I talked to front desk, they said there is nothing they can do. "
