Beautiful traditional house from the late 19th century renovated in the heart of a typical village preserved Habitat grouped and charming alleys. Residential hamlet quiet. Exposed southern slope. Good comfort. Spacious. Warm mountain stamp. Nice little landscaped. Large capacity gîte located in a 19th century country house steeped in history 14 km from the slopes of Montalbert-la Plagne/Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430 km of slopes). 11 km from the Nordic cross-country skiing & snowshoeing site in the countryside of Longefoy-sur-Aime. Funicular link from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Les Arcs/Paradiski at 16 km. Montchavin-les-Coches/Paradiski station 17 km away. 22 km from Peisey-Vallandry/Paradiski. Charming typical & authentic village, very quiet, nestled on a southern plateau in the heart of the Tarentaise valley at the foot of the famous "Versant du Soleil" facing the sumptuous Paradiski ski area.
