"Liked the free parking option just next to hotel. liked basically everything. SPA is good option, even the rules were a bit strict and strange. Never tried restaurant as it was even booked for some event or just closed. Downstairs pub was good, though. Overall: great option in very good location actually. "

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "
