Modern detached house of 82 m2 including:

Ground floor: 1 Large living room with a sofa bed that will offer you a magnificent view of the Canal du Rhone in Sete and the marinas Dead Seaweed.
An open kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine).
1 WC.

On the floor: 3 rooms with tidying up and wardrobes, a bathroom with walk-in shower. 1WC separated. (1 room bed 160x200), (1 room bed 90 x 200), (1 room 2 separate beds 190x80 can be combined in Double bed).

Outside, you will find a beautiful south-west facing exotic wood terrace with its table and garden chairs under a large shade sail. You can cool off in the private pool of 5 x 2.50 m by 1m20 deep and enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. A BBQ / Plancha Weber complements the outdoor facilities and will accompany the grill products that you can bring back from the Market (every Wednesday and Sunday).

You will have a large private parking space just in front.

The house is located in a quiet area, along the Canal du Rhone in Sete, 5 minutes walk from the heart of the historic city. A bakery and a medical center are 50 m from the house, the sea and beaches 5 km. For your children, a mini amusement park secure 2 minutes walk.

Nous sommes venus à 6 pour un séjour d’une semaine en haute saison et recommandons tous cette villa. À notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille de la villa, qui paraissait beaucoup plus importante que les photos malgré son caractère mitoyen. La propreté irréprochable, un propriétaire cool et sympa qui nous a orienté vers des spots parfait dans la nature et pour sortir de la plage de l’espiguette à la grande motte en passant par la découverte d’Aigues-Mortes; tout était présent pour découvrir, s’amuser, profiter et se détendre. À faire absolument...
