8/10 Very good! (1,919 reviews)
Staying at this hotel has its pros and cons. First, the pros. The hotel has easy access to the beach- just a few meters away. All the staff are friendly, courteous and welcoming. If you need a ride to go places, uber and taxi are just a call away. Restaurants, shops & ABC stores are just within a 3-10 min.walk. The hotel also offers free coffee early morning until 6-7pm plus free rice crackers & mini jello cups, beach towel amenity, and laundry room amenity. The cons are: twin-sized beds instead of double-sized beds, no restaurant on site, no paper towels in the bathroom (they have toilet paper & Kleenex), very poor wi-fi, and disturbing noise in the evening (2nd floor room)- loud talking until 2-3am. The hotel has a karaoke bar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel except for some of the aforementioned discomforts.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (3,303 reviews)
Spending a ridiculous amount of money and wind up paying an extra 55$ a day for parking was a bit of a let down. I don’t know what I was expecting from the beach rental guy but I sure as hell was not expecting him to be blatantly rude. Despite the hotel not doing anything about the local crackheads yelling curse words at my three kids on the beach and the hotel staff demanding more money for a place for me and my family to sit at an overcrowded pool area. It was ok I guess.

"Everything was good, except the number of people at the resort was overwhelming and for most of the day it was like being downtown in a major city."
