Problème d'entretien général:Location extérieur y compris piscine
Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les extérieurs ne sont plus entretenus . Belle piscine mais le dallage est sale, dégradé. Les coussins des transats sont tâchés :à changer. Le coin laverie est immonde et privé contrairement à l'annonce. Propreté de la location : les receveurs des douches étaient bouchés (cheveux, gras), moisissures sur le carrelage. Gobelets à dents non lavés, toiles d araignées et autres insectes dans une chambre intérieurs des placards à revoir. Cuisine : vaisselle à relaver, four encrassé non utilisable, semelle de fer à repasser brûlée non utilisable, absence de sèche cheveux. L'ensemble du ménage n'a pas été fait correctement avant notre arrivée. Résultat, nous avons dû le faire. Nous avons du aussi nous attaquer au patio ou terrasse( à préciser) : le sol, la table et les chaises non nettoyés. Pour le barbecue nous avons renoncé vu son état (inutilisable grilles rouillées !!!) Nous pourrions allonger cette liste mais à quoi bon !!!!! Toutes ces remarques ont été signalées à la propriétaire avec photos à l appui le lundi soir mais aucune visite ou message et action corrective n ont été faites Pourquoi payer 60 euros de ménage ??? Au vu de tous ces éléments l attitude des propriétaires ternie le sérieux et l image des autres locations proposées sur le site Abritel Nous sommes déçus de ce séjour
