  • nice duplex, perfect for visiting Gran Canaria with family or friends., located in a quiet area, and easy parking, it has a spacious and very bright living room, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace where you can enjoy our weather, located at the Arinaga crossing, 5 minutes from the beach from Arinaga and playa del cabròn, where you can practice different water sports such as: diving, windsurfing, fishing, diving ,,,, a few minutes away you can find a spa center with indoor pool, gym, sauna., supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants , post office ,,,, the house is very central, 7 km from the airport. 4 km from the shopping center and 20 km from Mapalomas, tourist area.
