"This is a beautiful property overlooking the valley, and the bungalow had such a nice setup for a family wirh 2 kids. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but notably the setup is to contact them through WhatsApp, with availability from morning to evening - so it’s not immediate or 24 hour support like a hotel. The pool is tiny but very sweet. The restaurant is beautiful and really a necessary amenity, bc the town is down a winding dirt road and then another 10 minutes after that. We had a couple restaurant mishaps (no eggs at breakfast, no coffee at breakfast, the meal took an hour to arrive), and the meals weren’t great, but we were grateful to sit in a nice place with a gorgeous view. Everyone is very accommodating, and we could have had dinner delivered to the bungalow too. Overall, this place is up and coming, as they build more bungalows, a real pool, some spa services, and get a reception desk going. It was real value for the money in the mean time, and I enjoyed the space, staff, and proprietor, but it’s not yet the resort experience that you may find elsewhere."

"Property doesnt offer much more than just a pool and 1 restaurant. No other activities or shows. No area for kids to play. No night time activities. Property sits further away from all the restaurants and shops, so you would need to get an uber every time."

"Great breakfast menu, they let you add extras of whatever you’d like (eg. Extra eggs, rice, ham, etc). Staff were very friendly. The room itself was very average, clean but a bit aged. Thin walls so you can easily hear your neighbours on the hallway, doors slamming, dogs barking, etc. Air conditioning was very reliable."

"We loved our stay. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Liked having a restaurant on the property and how close it was to town, yet secluded and quiet. Highly recommend. Also recommend Pure Trek for canyoning and Arenal Mundo Adventura for Zip Line. Wished the kitchenette was more equipped with utensils for cooking like large spoon, spatula, mixing bowl, knife, etc. "

To top it all off, breakfast was included and absolutely delicious — homemade and the perfect way to start each morning. You could taste the love and effort that went into every dish. It’s the kind of breakfast that keeps you talking about it long after you’ve checked out!
