FRUIT TREES - Please do not pick fruit unless ripe. Please ask before picking soursop. Only one per stay so that others can enjoy as well.
GUESTS- -No unregistered guests are permitted on the property. - Unregistered guests staying overnight will incur a charge of $30 pp per night
PETS- 1. Pet fee is $25 per pet per night. 2. Pets up to 25 lbs only. 3. Guests must sign the pet policy.
