"Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...

"We had a great stay here in Rincon. We stayed here for 2 full weeks with our 12 month old and another couple. The home was very comfortable with 4 adults and a baby with 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. The location is a short walk to an amazing beach (if you're not afraid of a small steep hill) and a quick drive to food, groceries, and the heart of Rincon. We loved being so close to the beach with a little one it made for great sunset or early morning...
