"We loved our stay at Canto’s. The chalet is equipped with what you need for a short stay. Great cot for our baby and a lovely baby towel too. The best part is the garden! We didn’t have breakfast or use the facilities, unfortunately we had bad weather during our Furnas stay. Could have done with the bins being emptied daily as a minimum rather than having to ask."

"Our stay at the Ribeira das Tainhas was nothing short of excellent. From the beginning we had excellent communications with the host, Pierre. During our stay he helped in arranging in house massage, chartering a private boat and searching for a private chef. The house was child friendly, and we made use of the beautiful pool daily. Upon arrival, Pierre, had cheese, bread, fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome us. It was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. We were able to arrange early check in and with toddlers, and this was greatly appreciated. Most major sites to visit are within a 30 minute drive with the longest being an hour away. There are beaches close by and a great boardwalk for running or strolling. The supermarket and ATMs are close by and easily accessible. Pierre ensured that everything we wanted was accessible and as a result we had an unforgettable family vacation for my wife, myself, our children and grandchildren. We will be forever grateful for our time spent in Sao Miguel and choosing this property."

"Jose's place was very clean, comfortable, quiet and ideally located for us. The view from the top terrace is of the beautiful beach and mountains. The kitchen was stocked with many appliances and dishes. If you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to the beach as well. This a well-kept home in a charming area and we highly recommend it for your stay on the Azores."
