"No one was there to receive us I spoke with one of your agent to make i was not charged on my card, the manager and no staff was at the facility,so we had to back to the small town , not a good experience with the hotel"

"I stayed here September 2025 and I was very impressed. Absolutely zero negative comments, the room was clean and comfortable. Room service left the room spotless every day and the service was excellent I will absolutely be back for a 2nd stay. "
