"Very nice surroundings and property. Friendly and helpful owner and personnel.
The heating boiler was leaking and not giving constant warm water and the road to the property was not very easy to take.
Otherwise very nice stay, beautiful surroundings and swimming pool. Good restaurant although not open on most days of our stay."

"Large apartment 4 floors above the town. Easy walking to anywhere in the area. Great shower and large bathroom. Equipped kitchen with big refrigerator. Living room with TV and dining table and couch. Large bedroom with fan. Also, there is a hairdryer and ironing board and iron. You are very close to walk to restaurants and stores, About a mile from the train station up a hill but the hostess helped us with transport.Overall, an excellent stay for my wife and I. (Be aware the room is 4 floors high up and will require navigating stairs.)"

"We loved our time in this typical Tuscan property. The property owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The house itself is spacious for two people. Being an old property the kitchen is quite small and cooking smells tend to linger unless you open the garage door. This is an observation not a complaint. It was extremely hot during our visit so a/c struggled a bit but the owners very kindly provided a couple of fans which did help. The pool area is just amazing! Such an asset to the property. To just drop in to your own private pool after a day of sightseeing is pure magic! Very spacious area with beautiful lawn and lots of plants to admire. The area is a great location for visiting the Tuscan towns and villages. We had a fabulous two weeks in this property. Very private, quiet and extremely relaxing.Thank you to Michela and Julianna for a lovely memorable stay. "
