"Love my home for 3 nights. Owner and staff were all friendly and helpful. Room is complete with utensils, dinnerware and love how there are 4 different disposal bins inside a soft-close pull-out drawer for recycling. Love the different light switches to give me that "wake up" "get ready for bed" "sleeping time" modes! No elevator but staff is helpful, just forgot to call to get my luggage to the lobby so I ended doing it myself. Had some free snacks in the fridge and a thank you farewell brownie. Last, there's a bidet!!!!!"

"It was a nice stay overall, but the level of service didn’t quite feel consistent with what I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially given the price. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I had also paid for an upgraded room that specifically listed an office as one of the features on the hotel’s own website. When I arrived, however, I was initially given a room without one. When I asked about it, I was told that I had been placed in the upgraded room I booked. I ultimately had to go back down to the front desk and pull up the room description on their website to show that the category I reserved specifically included an office. They eventually agreed to move me to the correct room, which I appreciated, but it felt like an unnecessary hassle, particularly at a five-star property."

"A short but very enjoyable stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro and the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but we still managed to eat comfortably – we didn't wait too long for our food, and the buffet was always replenished. We highly recommend it."
