Hotel Bamboo Aeropuerto
The room was spotlessly clean. Everything is white. The bathroom is excellent! Staff are excellent and personable. I will definately stay again. The tourist van that took me at 5 am to the airport cost colones 4,000.

Not close to the airport. More like an airbnb with no security personnel. You are basically on your own if something happens

Wyndham San Jose Herradura Hotel & Convention Center
The Hotel has been here a very long time and unfortunately is in need of a big overhaul, imo. Beds fine, and brekkie buffet was very good. Two restaurants on site unfortunately were out of a few menu items for dinner, and their Pattacones were as hard as Hockey Pucks and totally unedible at the Casino ...

Barceló San José
Hotel was ok but towels were dirty and we had to ask several times for something. There was not a lot of thank you and sure, it was okay but not the 4-5 star standard you’d expect.
