  • We propose at the gates of the Dordogne to 5kms from Eymet (between bergerac and marmande) for vacation rental a fully air-conditioned villa that can accommodate 12 people in total is 8 adults and 4 children or 10 adults without children.
    it consists of
    * A living room of 140m² with kitchen, cinema area (giant screen), living room with babyfoot.
    * 1 suite of 65 m² composed of bathroom with jaccuzi, a king size bed and a dressing room
    * 1 bedrooms with bathroom bed in 180
    * 1 bedrooms with bathroom bed in 160
    * 1 bedroom bed 140
    * 1 bedroom loft bed 140 + bed 140 (sleeps 4)
    * 1 bathroom with bath and shower
    * 1 game room with ps3 / giant screen

    outside side you will have:
    * a swimming pool fully enclosed by 10x12 glass barriers,

Lovely, well equipped property. Hosts very responsive and helpful, will also suggest very good quality local restaurants to try. Villa was comfortable and has everything you need. Although it now needs a few updates in places, overall we had an excellent stay in a great Villa.

Superbe villa parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en famille

Superbe villa située à l'extrême sud du Périgord près du village d'Eymet. A la fois au calme mais proche des commerces, la villa est située sur un grand terrain dotée d'une très grande piscine qui ravira petits et grands. Mis à part une chambre, la maison est entièrement de plain pied et donne en plus de la piscine sur un coin détente/repas/bbq/jacuzzi assez unique. De nombreux équipements de loisirs agrémentent le séjour (billard, baby foot, ping pong, fléchettes électroniques, arcade de jeux,...). Enfin la communication est extrêmement facile et fluide avec les propriétaires qui sont très disponibles et réactifs.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique chez Ronald. Tout était comme décrit dans l'annonce. La villa est extrèmement grande et super bien équipée, il y a des occupations pour les enfants de tous âges (je ne sais pas ce qu'on pourrait rajouter de plus comme équipement !). L'espace extérieur (dont nous avons le plus profité en août) est agréable et très bien conçu avec notamment la piscine géante ! Ronald est très sympa et répond rapidement, ce qui ne gâche rien.

Great for families

This house and grounds is made for families, it is spacious both inside and out, with good sized bedrooms and open plan living areas. The children and grandchildren loved all the technology and lighting features and especially loved the gorgeous pool. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub, indoor pool table, table tennis and badminton. This place has many attributes for a great family holiday, small downsides were the age of some of the equipment in the house( the oven was far too small for a house of 12) and some poor maintenance which was sad for such a great place. The hosts only speak French so be warned and although very accommodating and quick to respond to problems, if I hadn’t been reasonably good at the language it would have been very difficult when the storms cut power and we had to restart boilers and sort outages from poor EDF supply. The host was on holiday when we arrived and only sent his teenage daughter and mum to show us all the equipment and technology and again only in French. This was fine for the kids who could work out all the gadgets easily but some of the basic kitchen equipment wasn’t explained properly until I walked around with the host on the hand back day and discovered I had other equipment available that obviously the young girl didn’t know about, quite frustrating for a Cook. However it didn’t spoil a brilliant holiday in a great house which I would recommend to a largish family.

Belle maison de vacances - Oasis de tranquillité

Vraiment très belle maison de vacances, équipée de toutes les commodités comme indiqué dans la description donnée. Grande piscine avec de larges marches pour que les plus petits puissent jouer dans l'eau sans soucis. Bac à sable, balançoire et grand jardin. Un paradis pour les petits-enfants. Aussi à l'intérieur il n'y avait pas de commentaires notables. La cuisine était spacieuse et très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour des vacances sans soucis. Chambres spacieuses, bons lits. Et surtout une climatisation très performante, bien pratique compte tenu de la canicule. Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles et très sympathiques avec de nombreux bons conseils sur la région et où faire du shopping. Une recommandation forte.

Fantastic holiday

An amazing villa! Everything you could want for a brilliant holiday. Lovely open plan living. Outside we loved the pool and the hot tub. Well situated with a lively small town nearby. Owners on hand to help us out when we needed them which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend

Great initial welcome by the owners and met by the wonderful pool which was well used throught the week. The air conditioning was great in the villa which gave a respite from the heat when needed. Having shower facilties in most rooms was also very enjoyable. Spent most of our time outside which provided all the space and sunbeds to meet our needs. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Great villa at a beautiful location!

We have had a wonderful week in Agnac. The location is very remote, which makes it ideal for bigger groups on a holiday. The owner, Mr. Garcia, was very helpful from the beginning. Even with the language barrier, we were able to communicate with each other. Halfway during the week, he and his wife even came to warn us for the upcoming storm, so we could make sure everything outside was stored away safely. Also, he answered almost straight away on emails with great recommendations for wine tastings and canoe trips. The house is very big and has everything you need on a holiday: a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool, a kitchen with sufficient pots, pans and tools and a large living area. Overall, we have had a perfect week, mainly thanks to Mr. Garcia!! We definitely recommend this villa for anyone wanting a holiday with a bigger group in a remote town in France.

Zeer modern ingericht huis, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Geen last vd bewoners in naast gelegen huis. Alle privacy door hoge beplanting. Bij 36 gr. zomer was de airco in het hele huis fantastisch. Heerlijk ruim zwembad met voldoende badmeubels. Voldoende restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving.

A fantastic house offering a great base to explore the Dordogne

With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offers excellent accommodation for large parties with fantastic pool and outside area and equally impressive inside accommodation. Few minor negatives:- 1) I would expect it to be generally cleaner on arrival - I know it's France and hot but a birds nest in one of the shutters, cobwebs that were more that a few days old, closer attention to dusting and ensuring the deep fat fryer (not that we would have used it) was clean and empty of oil. 2) Directions - we stumbled across it by chance and nowhere near where google maps was telling us. As you exit Eymet on the road to Miramont, there is a sign post left to Agnac take this turning, follow the road past the Chateau on your left and at the cross roads turn right. Follow this road for about 1/2 a mile past another cross roads and the property is the second on the left- you'll see it as you go down the road and it's behind white gates.
