"The home had potential but fell short in several areas. The towels were old, and the bed really needed new bedding. The villa was quite far from town, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. There was also a cat living on the property, which could be an issue for guests with allergies.The pool had visible dirt at the bottom, and the internet connection was extremely poor. Overall, I feel the property needs more care and attention to bring it up to standard. With some improvements, it could be a nice place to stay — but at its current condition, it didn’t feel worth the price."

"This is a modern high tech villa where the orientation of each floor is designed to capture the beautiful views out over the Saronic Gulf. A lift connects the floors except for 17 steps to the top terrace which we saved each day for late afternoon to sunset. Stairs also connect each floor but there is no handrail. The pool is lovely but quite deep so for swimmers only. The side terrace is larger than it appears in the photos and is usefully connected to the kitchen. Take care not to lock yourself out as the front door only opens with a key! Everything was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Susan & Keith Cowell"

"Sophie was amazing to work with and very accommodating and quick to respond. Ocean was visible from the balcony. The public beach down the road was pretty but the walk was steep and we were traveling with aging parents so we took an uber to the Tahiti bar/restaurant and rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach, which was less than a mile away. The grocery store was right near the beach also so we could pick food up when we were done at the beach and get a ride back. Very nice and clean home. We didn’t use the small pool. Ubers were available in the area with usually less than 10 min wait. "

"we had a very enjoyable stay. it was in a quiet area in the countryside. the patio are a and the living room /kitchen were spacious and comfortable.The description of the property was a bit misleading and exaggerated. It was described the property as a resort but it is the ground floor of a large detached house. There wasn't a gym but there was gym equipment outside in the patio area. And there wasn't a children's play area but there was a plastic slide and rocking horse in the garden. There was also a wasp's nest at one end of the swimming pool which needs fixing. So we had a lovely holiday but the property was described inaccurately on the vrbo website. Also a car is essential."
