Dear Sir, we regret that you only had a French shrug from the front desk. We personally apologize to all the customer who came in the morning and tell us that there were no hot water in the rooms. We must have missed you. We did our best to deal with this and on the next morning hot water was already functioning.

Dear Sir, We regret that you had such a shocking experience among us. We fully agree with you about our noisy doors, although you can not be injured by the doors since there is a rubber band security. About our awful Internet we fully comply with you, we have been in argument with our internet supplier for a certain time already, we have asked for a 500 M band in order to resolve this issue but we are still waiting. Concerning the staff they all speak English and two of them even lived in English speaking countries. The impoliteness of the person you had an argument with will be taken care of and we apologize about it. The bins should be taken care of by the room-maid during the daily cleaning, I will ask why that it's not being done. We present our deepest apologizes, once again, for all the inconvenience during your stay.

Hello Mrs Alison, The room you booked does not have a daily service but we have 12 up graded rooms with daily service everyday. Next time try this type of room they are called "Privilège", the size is the same as the Club but the comfort is better, you can choose between shower or bath tub, they have two TV screens, they all are on the swimming pool side. We do hope that you will try this and that we will see you again in ASTORIA. Best regards

Dear Sir, We thank you for your feedback which made me ask once again to my staff to give all the information to our clients when they arrive such as that we are a tourism residence and not a hotel. In fact they should have inform you that no daily cleaning is done on Standard rooms such as yours. Only in Privilège rooms you have that daily cleaning included. We can make a cleaning on your request for 15 € extra. We are really sorry that this information wasn't given to you. About the size of the room and bathroom, well it was a rebelion spirit in opposition to the normal size of tiny little bathrooms in hôtels. Concernant le sujet de la taxe de séjour et de la taxe départementale, il y a eu une succession de malentendu et nous nous en excusons. Nous aurions dû l'encaisser dès l'arrivée de votre invitée. Nous aurions ainsi évité les confusions qui ont suivi. Sachez qu'en aucun cas nous n'aurions facturé une chambre supplémentaire.
