Studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrance FGH. 1St floor without lift, interior side. Living room with wall-bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine... Bathroom with WC. Large terrace, facing east. Parking n°148.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1.15 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
