    Quietly located in a residential impasse, secured by an electric gate, without swimming pool, this house is ideal for couples with young children.
    It consists of:
    * 4 Bedrooms:
     - 1 bedroom with bathroom (2 beds of 90X200) + wardrobe dressing.
    - 1bedroom (160X200 beds) + convenient storage
    - 1 bedroom (160X200 bed) + a wardrobe dressing
     - 1 children's room (Bunk beds) + chest of drawers.
    - 1 cot, baby bath, changing mat, high chair
    * 1 bathroom (large shower, washbasin, bidet + WC)

La maison est grande spacieuse. Le parc est magnifique et la piscine est super avec l'eau chaude. On a passé une très bonne semaine. En plus proche de magnifique ville comme Adge, Marseillan, Sète etc ....rien à redire. Des propriétaires sympathique accueillant qui sait mettre à l'aise. Depuis le temps que nous louons des maisons, celle ci fait partie du top 5 … maison spacieuse avec de grandes chambres et un bel espace qui permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres Cuisine bien équipée et beau placards à dispo pour rangement La Clim dans la pièce à vivre très agréable en cette chaleur et celle dans le couloir permet de refroidir les 3 chambres si on laisse les portes entrouvertes Le jardin !!!!quel plaisir …ombragé ou au soleil, comme on a envie . Tout clôturé . On ne soucie pas pour les enfants ou le chien . Agréable le soir avec tous ces éclairages La piscine ….chauffe a 28/30 °…on y va à toute heure. 15 min à pieds en longeant la route pour aller à la première plage ( nous avions 1 enfant de 8 ans qui ne marche pas aussi vite qu un adulte et 1 poussette) . Si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme et dans le confort, il ne faut pas hésiter 1 seconde Elodie est charmante, accueillante, et aux petits soins Merci encore.

Deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans cette location. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis aussi bien. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, très disponible et réactif. Le descriptif de l’annonce correspond à la prestation attendue. Villa spacieuse et très bien équipée à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. Les extérieurs sont un vrai plus avec la piscine et les equo de jardin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé des superbes vacances dans cette maison où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Au calme dans un impasse, près de la plage et du centre-ville, on a bien profité du grand jardin, de la piscine et du barbecue. Les propriétaires, d’une grande gentillesse, nous ont accueillis avec un apéro et ont toujours été disponibles pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison, très propre nous n'avions pas l'impression qu'elle était occupée avant nous. Détail qui a son importance, la literie est très bien. L'extérieur est dépaysant et on y a passé de bons moments avec les différents équipement. Elodie est réactive dans sa communication merci à elle. Seul point d'ombre nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la piscine chauffée alors que c'était un critère important, mais nous en avons quand même bien profité !

Haus gut, Ferien schön ABER fragwürdige Nachverrechnung

Wir hatten schöne und angenehme Ferien verbracht. Das Haus selber ist gut. Die Lage in Strand nähe (zu Fuss mit Kindern ca. 15 - 20 min) optimal. Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder etwas knapp. Was weniger schön war, dass im Nachgang uns für die Reinigung zusätzliche 250.- Euro belastet wurden obschon die Reinigung bereits mit 200.- Euro inkl. war. Folgende Punkte wurden uns nachträglich bemängelt: - Blut auf dem Bett -> Kind hatte Nasenbluten & Fleck war klein. - Schokoladenflecken auf Vorhängen -> Haben ein Foto erhalten mit einem mini Fleck welcher wohl von einer Glace stammte - Durch fetthaltige Produkte verschmutzte Erkerfenster -> Wir haben 2x (Anreise / Abreise) im Haus Spaghetti gekocht, sonst haben wir den Grill benutzt (kleiner Grill für 8 Personen) Also keine Ahnung was das soll! - Beschädigung von 2 Sicherheitsgurten der Poolvorhang. -> Dies haben wir umgehend gemeldet bei der Übergabe hiess es kein Problem (übrigens fragwürdig wie so ein Sicherheitsgurt einfach bricht zum Glück ist kein Kind darauf gefallen) - 1 Pool-Basketball fehlt. -> Ein Ball (drei insgesamt) von einem Spielset fehlte. Kosten des geschätzten Spielset ca. 30 Euro. - Kristallzucker auf den Stühlen. -> Uns nicht aufgefallen kann aber gut sein, dass etwas Zucker auf dem Stuhl war da die Kinder nicht immer perfekt sind. Also bitte selber entscheiden ob 250.- Euro Nachbelastung gerechtfertigt sind, wenn man schon bereits 200.- Euro für die Reinigung bezahlt hat. Somit unser Fazit generell empfehlenswert jedoch mit Kindern sollte man es sich überlegen oder sonst ev. Nachverrechnungen in kauf nehmen.

Es waren angenehme Ferien! Wir fühlten uns rundum Wohl. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage mit einem grossen Garten und Pool. Zu Fuss bis an den Strand hat man gut 15 Min. Bis ins Zentrum hat man zu Fuss 20-25 Min.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten

Das Haus ist schön, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist einfach nur traumhaft! Den grossen Strand St. Vincent erreicht man in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Gastgeber sind gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, super nette Gastgeberin

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Elodie hat uns das ganze Haus mit all den Annehmlichkeiten gezeigt und geduldig erklärt. Die grossen Fenstertüren sind auch mit Fliegengittertüren versehen, damit man auch in der Nacht offen lassen kann. Die Fliegengitter sind an allen Festern angebracht. Der kleine aber feine Pavillon war perfekt um im Schatten zu sein und den Tag zu geniessen. Sie waren auch sehr gut vorbereitet: Wir hatten einen neuen Grill zur Verfügung bekommen, zum Pool reinigen gibt es einen Roboter und auch sonst ist alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Speziell zu erwähnen, dass sie sehr gut auf Kinder vorbereitet sind. Das Kinderzimmer war sehr kindergerecht eingerichtet mit Büchern und Spielsachen. Sogar eine kleine Strand-Spielzeug-Ausrüstung hatten sie bereitgestellt. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, etwas weiter ist das kleine Dorf. Zum Einkaufen ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto im Hyper U und findet alles was man sonst noch so braucht. Besten Dank!

Accueil très chaleureux, la propriétaire (Elodie) est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Très belle maison, propre, fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Semaine en famille

Besoin de se retrouver en famille après une année compliquée, cette villa a rempli toutes ses promesses. Pour preuve, nous ne sommes sortis qu'une fois à la plage et pour aller chercher le pain. Terrain idéal pour que chacun vaque à ses occupations... bronzette au bord de la piscine, ping-pong ou pétanque. Maison très bien équipée, literie confortable et climatisation appréciée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille , 4 adultes et 4 grands ados. Propriétaire très agréable et arrangeante, nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

Villa très agréable et très spacieuse ou rien ne maque . Située a 10 min 1/4h de la plage (a pied ) dans une impasse très calme . Petit bémol cependant 1 ou plusieurs vélo seraient bien utiles pour accéder aux commerces qui ne sont pas tout a fait a proximité . Beaucoup d 'espaces extérieurs avec piscine très agréable même si malheureusement pour nous le beau temps ne fut pas vraiment de la partie Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.

Tout d'abord. Tres bon accueil. Une maison spacieuse, salles et chambres.. moderne et bien équipée avec grande véranda.. Un très grand jardin ombragée et bien équipé tables de jardin..coin detente..barbecue.. Belle plage à 1km..petit centre avec commerces. Location conforme à la description et très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans une jolie propriété sécurisée pour nos enfants en bas âge, et pas très loin de la mer à pieds (15 min env). Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Wir haben in dem schönen Ambiente des vortrefflich ausgestatteten Ferienhaus zu siebt eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Mit dem Vermieter und seiner Tochter hatten wir sehr guten Kontakt und wurden bestens betreut!!
