Air conditioned studio for 2 people, situated Residence Port venus, with free access to the swimming pool. 3rd floor with lift, pool side. orientation west. Living room with 160cm bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, tv... Bathroom and WC. Parking n°R318

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival 1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

Klein, alt, Austattung billig

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und mit den billigen veralteten Möbel sehr ungeschickt. Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr schlimm, Waschbecken dauerverstopft, Dusche mit Pvc Vorhang überall Schimmelpilz, WC eckelig mit freiliegenden Leitungen. Beim kochen nur 1 kochfeld nutzbar und restliche wohnung stromlos ansonsten hält der stromautomat nicht. Küchenaustattung sehr billig kein Küchenmesser für Zubereitung, Staubsauger deffekt, Wischmob und Besen ekelhaft. Die Wohnung ist das Geld nicht Wert.
