Exceptional location for this Marina apartment, superb view, in the port center of Cap d'Agde.
Pontoon and private parking.
Everything can be done on foot, beaches, restaurants, market, Aqualand ... And yet everything in absolute calm. For those who do not like to walk or pedal, boat bus at the foot of the residence, bus 3 minutes, private parking space :)
Secure residence at the RD on the water.
Apartment renovated 2018. A cabin with 2 bunk beds, a room ajar on the living room with sea and harbor view.

Emplacement au top mais le studio convient plus pour 2 personnes pas plus,un coin lit double sans porte sans aucune intimité et la seul chambre elle fait 2m sur 1m90 ou se trouve un lit superposé.L’accueil de l’hôte est bien.

Très bon séjour, emplacement calme et quartier animé. Tout se fait presque à pied... On a adoré les navettes fluvial très agréable ! Rien à redire.

LOGEMENT IDEAL

Logement très bien placé dans une résidence sécurisée. Il se situe dans le centre de la station, ce qui fait qu'on peut se promener à pied du côté plage ou du coté falaises. Les commerces, restaurants et activités sont à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Logement fonctionnel, propre et très calme. Pour l'arrivée et le départ, la personne qui nous a reçus était très disponible. Si nous devions retourner dans la région, nous contacterions la propriétaire sans aucune hésitation.

Notre séjour

Il y a vraiment tout à proximité, magasin, plage, aquarium, falaises, bateaux, marchés, île aux loisirs, etc... Tout est calme à partir du moment ou l’on ferme les fenêtres, c’est bien isolé et agréable à vivre. Et propriétaire très sympa et disponible ! Si vous étiez, n’hésitez plus, c’est vraiment génial comme vacances au Cap d’Agde !
