AGREABLE STUDIO EN REZ DE JARDIN AVEC GRANDE TERRASSE

Résidence Port Capistol - secteur Richelieu ; agréable studio en rez de jardin composé d'une entrée avec un grand placard de rangement,une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
Le séjour cuisine donne sur une grande terrasse au milieu des espaces verts de la copropriété.
Il est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine. Parkings publics gratuits devant la résidence.

SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE :
La résidence PORT CAPISTOL est située entre le centre port (accessible par les quais en moins de 5 minutes) et la plage Richelieu (10 minutes)
Les commerces ouverts pour la plupart à l'année sont accessibles rapidement.

IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 470 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 70 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.
Un ménage de fin de séjour peut être commandé moyennant un supplément..

Séjour agréable au cap d Agde

Bonjour je pensais que j avais droit au parking de la résidence dommage mauvaise information au sujet de la chambre manque clim et la plaque de cuisson trop vieille a voir pour changer la plaque de cuisson manquait de puissance préférable et moins couteux pour vous. Très beau petit devant mais pas assez de précision envers l agence au niveau de la piscine pour y accéder. je pensais avoir une personne pour m accueillir. A part ces petits commentaires un charment séjour trés beau. Cordialement Madame Fournier. .
