Le logement est bien situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© de la mer que l’on peut rejoindre facilement Ă  pied. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© correct et la climatisation est un vrai point positif en pĂ©riode estivale.En revanche, plusieurs aspects nous ont posĂ© problĂšme : la plaque de cuisson Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse (impossible de cuire des pĂątes), la douche avait trĂšs peu de pression.À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons trouvĂ© le logement insalubre : Ă©normĂ©ment de poussiĂšre et saletĂ©s sous le lit, ainsi qu’un produit d’un ancien locataire, ce qui dĂ©montre que le mĂ©nage n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait depuis bien longtemps, reste d’aliments dans les contenants de cuisine. De plus, l’annonce mentionnait une machine Ă  laver qui n’était pas prĂ©sente.Les wc avaient du l’urine et de la poussiĂšre partout.Il n’y avait pas de place de parking Ă  proximitĂ©, le logement est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ© (les bruits de jeunes rentrant Ă  4h du matin Ă©taient insupportables, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour compliquĂ© avec un enfant), et un bip incessant dans le couloir (toutes les 30 secondes) nous a obligĂ©s Ă  dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles.En rĂ©sumĂ©, l’emplacement et la climatisation sont apprĂ©ciables, mais le confort, l’hygiĂšne et les prestations proposĂ©es n’étaient pas au rendez-vous.
