The bed mattress was of very poor quality, cardboard-type firmness, dipping to the middle (picture). The bathroom was unsafe, with a high step to enter and a high down step to exit, but no mat prevent slipping on the tiled floor. The towel rail was broken (pictured), so little due care and attention had been offered to property maintenance. Simple things like shampoo and conditioner were non-existent. The only item was a handwash (pictured) Sockets in the room were exposed. Another frustrating element was the breakfast. They have a very strict one hour breakfast time and will not accommodate any request out of this time without an excessive charge.

Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix Malheureusement, notre séjour dans ce riad a été très décevant. Nous n’avons pratiquement pas réussi à dormir, car la chambre était extrêmement bruyante : les passages de motos dans la rue étaient incessants, parfois avec l’impression qu’une moto passait toutes les quelques secondes. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre était certes différente, mais elle était sale, avec une forte odeur de moisissure, et ne disposait même pas de climatisation. Pour deux personnes, nous n’avions également que deux serviettes de bain, sans serviettes supplémentaires. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant. Les portions sont vraiment minuscules, plutôt adaptées à de jeunes enfants, et le choix est très limité : par exemple, seulement trois mini-pâtisseries. Cela ne correspond pas du tout au prix payé. La chambre ne dispose ni de réfrigérateur ni de télévision, ce qui peut être acceptable dans certains riads, mais compte tenu du prix et de la qualité globale du séjour, cela devient un réel point négatif. Concernant la localisation, le riad est situé dans un véritable labyrinthe et il est assez difficile de s’y retrouver. De plus, les distances indiquées sur le site, notamment vers Jemaa el-Fna et Guéliz, ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Aussi le spa est le bain.. sont pas inclus.

Our stay at Riad Rumi was one of my favorite of all time. You'll love your stay here! The people who run it are beyond amazing. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. Noor was in contact with us from the beginning and arranged our airport transfers. Our flight got in 9 hrs before check in, and they stored our bags and allowed us to rest in their pool area until we felt good enough to explore. Muhammad fed us breakfasts and a beautiful dinner. Muhammad and Noor were so sweet and personable with our children. They were SO kind and accommodating. Samira took wonderful care of us as well and even did some beautiful henna for me and my daughter on our last day. The location cannot be beat. It is minutes from everything you need ie market, atm, restaurants, etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area felt very safe. I love Marrakech and it's people! They were so good to our family. It was an incredible experience, and huge part of that was Noor, Muhammad, and Samira. I love them so much. I highly recommend!

We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded.

Nice & quiet hotel. Service was good. It’s far from the main tourist spots. They do have a shuttle service if you do want to go into town. Breakfast was good, Would have expected more selection… overall nice clean and a very quiet hotel to come and relax!
