"Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Had to fix it myself, staff gave me a plunger. TV was not working. No signal, they came in room and fixed it for 5 minutes and went back off. Just seemed under staffed and didn't give a hoot."

"Clean bedding. Hot shower. Room was cool. Enough space in room to spread luggage. Parking right outside hotel door. It is 20 miles away from Painted Desert/ Petrified Forest. Go in one park, come out the other. Brad’s Desert Inn a relic of Route 66 if one wants to do this National Park and this Americana."
