"We had a wonderful family stay at this large, spacious VRBO in Jacksonville—perfect for groups needing room to spread out. The communication with the owner was amazing; she was always there to help in any way possible, even jumping in to address issues right away.That said, a few simple updates could make this property truly exceptional. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash as promised—stocking big bottles from Costco in each bathroom would be an easy win. A full roll of paper towels on arrival would also go a long way. The setup lists four bedrooms, but the fourth is a converted den with no closet and all-glass doors, limiting privacy. Two beds had broken supports (we notified the owner, who was eager to fix them during our stay). The sun porch is missing windows, and the back deck feels a bit unsteady.Overall, it's very clean, incredibly spacious, and the host's responsiveness makes it a great choice. We'll definitely return to Jacksonville and book here again"
