"Excellent amenities, you don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to! The overall value of this place is amazing. Dined/played/boating all were amazing. The only negative feedback I would give is that the front desk staff seemed annoyed to check us in and out? It did not subtract from the enjoyment of my stay, just odd nonetheless. "

"Wonderful stay, perfect size house for 14 people to sleep comfortably from kids to adults. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The outside spaces were pretty buggy and dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean. The dock was unbelievable with the slide and high jumping dock. We loved all the water toys and the extra life jackets came in handy with the kids. The fishing around the cove was so fun and kept everyone occupied. We brought a boat and were able to tie it at the dock. Just don’t leave anything out, the raccoons will get it. "

"There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! "

"This house is so inviting and there's plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone. The hot tub was great because it initially rained when we arrived. Close to ski boat and sea doo rentals.......our kids and their friends had a blast at Grand Lake! Also, the host Matt was super accommodating and let us arrive early and stay an hour later for check out. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!"
