This cozy cabin sleeps up to 4 people in a studio style room and 1 bath. It has lake access to swim, multiple boat ramps nearby, and a fire pit. The kitchen is stocked with servings for 4, coffee pot, keurig coffee machine, full fridge, microwave, electric skillet, toaster, crockpot, and BBQ. Wifi is available. Renter will supply their own personal toiletries.

Great spot next to Grand Lake

Great little cabin right off the main road in Bernice. Property was perfect for two of us. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Will be looking to stay here on our next trip!

Perfect Little Place

The location is great very close to the ramp we like to use to put in at horse creek. The cabin was very clean & stocked with anything you may have forgotten at home. The coffee selection was on point (we are coffee people). Will definitely return next time we need a place at grand!

A friend and I stayed here for a night to go to a concert 40 minutes away and it was perfect!!! The bed was super comfortable and everything was spic and span. Hosts are very accommodating.

I first saw the property and it was exactly like the photos. Didn’t have any problem finding it at all. Had a great time by the lake and lots of relaxing inside. The property was clean and so quiet even with the few vehicles going by outside. Loved every minute.

Very peaceful

My husband and I wanted a little getaway for the weekend. The cabin was perfect for our little vacation. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for being great hostesses. The owner was gracious enough to bringe an umbrella to the lake so I didn't have to get sunburned. I am highly allergic to sunscreen was this was a blessing.

Grand Lake cabin

It was a good location, very near a state park on the lake. We were not able to open sofa bed. Should tell people ahead of time to bring your own ice. Regular keurig cups did not fit the coffee maker.
