This is a great property with a beautiful view of Duck Creek. This was our second time staying here. The house has tons of sleeping space, a well stocked kitchen, plus a pool table and shuffleboard. The owner, Mike, is a great guy and very receptive and timely with texts and messages. We had a great stay!

Place was right on the lake , roomy well equipped boat dock was great for fishing ! Mike was very nice. Would recommend this place. Beds were comfy and had a big kitchen lots of games for all ages and room.

Fantastic Stay

My family of 4 and our extended family had the pleasure of staying at this awesome property in late July of 2024. The house was massive, pictures don't do it justice. Mike, the host, was super engaged and even took us on a fishing trip. We couldn't recommend this place enough, one of our favourite VRBO's we've stayed at.

A short escape

We had a great time. Mike allowed us to use his dock for our boat and it was perfect. Mike provided everything anyone could want from a short term rental. We hope to find an opportunity to stay with them again one day.

Great host and location was perfect!

I was looking for a lake house with a dock within 4 hours drive of my home. This place won out over others because it had a pool table, foosball and shuffleboard. The furniture could use some updating and only one pool cue had a tip on it, but we made it work and had a great time. Would stay again! Thanks Mike!

Awesome place right on the water

This is a great place, our 2nd stay and planning another trip next year already. Mike is a great guy, even offered to take us out fishing one evening. Dock is perfect for hanging out and jumping in the lake when it gets hot. Mike put out a raft for us to use and was very accommodating, the place is perfect for relaxing in the water and Mike couldn’t be any more accommodating, another great visit, can’t wait to come back next year for a longer stay!

Great getaway

View was wonderful. Access to dock was great. Only problem for us was the steps down into the house. At signing, we were told there were steps... but didn't dream there were that many. Wife has bad knees but we were able to do deal. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot on Grand Lake

Mike is an amazing host. Super friendly and accommodating and responds immediately. We recommend this place to stay if you’re with family and friends. Love the fact that there is a dock with a lily pad, which was a huge hit with the kids. Also, really enjoyed the indoor foosball, pool, and shuffleboard tables. They got great use! I’d love to come back here in the future - great spot on Grand Lake - in close proximity to everything.

Great Stay & Even Better Host

I want to start my review with the owner Mike. He was very accommodating and allowed us to utilize his boat dock during our stay. Not to mention he even offered to tow us after we had a breakdown on the lake. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. Next let’s talk about the rental. While it’s only two bedrooms, they are large rooms that have plenty of beds to sleep large families. Mike had all of the amenities provided which is nice. He’s the first VRBO that I’ve stayed in the provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, laundry soap, multiple rolls of TP, endless trash bags, and all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. We are already planning our next stay!

Overall our stay was perfect! Location and view were great. Very spacious and clean. The game area was also a big plus for entertaining all of us. The master is separated from the other sleeping areas and that was great for privacy and our sanity. The host was very kind and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend.
