Lakefront in Duck Creek with Private Dock, 2 Units

House is located near all the fun of central - south Grand Lake, with your own private dock!

The secondary unit is just steps away containing one bunk room, large 10x9 sectional, loft with two queens, two full bath, full kitchen, and a ping pong table! I’ve uploaded some progress picture I took them myself so please don’t judge me too harshly on the quality! Still need to decorate a little and finish the siding on the front of the house. These last few updates will be done by summer.

Beautiful lake home!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We arrived to a very clean and tidy home. The owner's communication throughout our stay and even prior to was exceptional! There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and just a short walk to the boat docking area! Highly recommend renting this property!

Duck Creek stay

The property has 2 individual houses which was great ! Both houses are nice, updated, clean and very roomie. We had 13 people, all fit easy with plenty more room if needed. The boat dock was nice and easy to go in/out once we knew which one it was. The dock is not attached direct to the property like I thought it was, so it was a little confusing when arriving to dock my boat but once located it was good. The walk to the house takes a few minutes with kind of steep stairs/incline concrete sidewalk going to house. There is a covered area with lights attached to the boat dock you can over look the cove. Conveniently located to the Arrowhead South marina.
