Located 3 miles from Ketchum on cove on Duck Creek, enjoy what this 3+ bedroom house has to offer. The marvelous space features two queen beds and one full bed. Through the 2nd bedroom is a small room that holds a triple bunk bed. (We intended it for children and tweens but it’s been used mostly by adults.) The 3rd bedroom offers a private balcony. Guests will appreciate the large outdoor deck off the living room that includes a propane tank grill and outdoor dining table. Enjoy the lake view as well as the fire pit below the deck. With three bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, mornings are a breeze. This enchanting home invites you to relax and unwind in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. There is a bit of an aerobic rocky walk from the house down to the dock. Down at the water is a 2 slip dock, one slip enclosed and the other side is covered and can fit a 9’x25’ boat. Or just fish off the dock. There is another area on the dock for outdoor sun bathing and appreciating nature. SAVE RENTAL FEES SINCE WE HAVE 6 kayaks, a paddle board, lily pad and all sorts of water floaties for your enjoyment.
