"Great location and perfect for a couple of touristy days in Seoul. My only gripe is that when I tried to buy a coffee at breakfast a member of staff literally shooed me away. He later came over to tell me it wasn’t free and I had to pay, even though I had approached the machine credit card in hand. Aside from him, everyone was delightful and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel! "

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul. "

Moreover, Kevin at the front desk was incredibly helpful and was able to help us a few of the nuances of transit in Korea. Though I mentioned Kevin by name, all of the staff at the front desk were very helpful and informative. "
