"Amazing staff! I booked the night before arriving, and missed the fine print about needing to register 72 hours early. The online concierge was able to send me the link in WhatsApp so I could get registered and get the code to the hotel. She also helped me order a taxi cab in the morning. Very clean room, close to an excellent Shwarma restaurant for dinner and quite a few cafés for breakfast and lunch. I wish I had been there more than one night because it was very clean and comfortable."

"Excellent new hotel, with great rooms, amenities and team. It does provide more of a business setting and location a 20-30 minute drive out of the central Barcelona tourist environments - if you prefer quiet and relaxed in an upscale hotel it works perfectly."

"Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. As soon as we walked into the hotel to check-in, they were very welcoming and the decor felt expensive and like it was a special hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size, with lots of space, but they both felt dated. That said, they were clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept on. Nice big pool with room to swim and plenty of sun loungers , We ate in the hotel one evening, but the food was luke warm - I returned it the first time asking for it to be warmer, but it came back the same. Location was good for buses to the beach or into Barcelona (X95 Express) and also the train station. There was a large shopping centre within a 5 minute walk with supermarkets, cinema and restaurants. Would recommend and hope to stay again next year"

"I love how close the bus station and the metro is ! It was very easy to go to the heart of the city and the airport ! The ac works amazing !! Everything was like 15-20 mins away from us and it worked out perfect ! I definitely recommend the balcony just because having a window was nice and the view isn’t so bad. I felt comfortable there and didn’t have any issues! Definitely coming back !"

"Very clean and comfortable. The staff (specifically at the restaurant) could be rude and inattentive. Not sure if that's the norm, or if that's because we were not locals...in addition there is nothing food wise located within walking distance, which limited our options as we were traveling with two small children and added complications that we were not anticipating. All in all, it was clean and comfortable and we would stay again, just plan better around food for younger kiddos."
