"Pros: Auf dem wunderbar grünen Grundstück stehen mehrere Stein-Grills in kleinen Eckchen, jeweils mit Kohle, Anzünder und Feuerzeug ausgestattet - das sind kleine Details, die für einen zuvorkommenden Gastgeber sprechen. "Pros: Wir wurden durch Aurora P. betreut und empfangen; hiermit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sie kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und der Blick auf den See wunderschön (besser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt). Die drei Balkone laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war bei Übergabe sauber und ordentlich. Die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind etwas eng, aber sicher und schön kühl. Der Ortskern von Tignale mit Geschäften und Bars pp. ist...

Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig (Schere z.B.). Spiegel im kleinen Zimmer fehlt bei älteren Kindern, die mitreisen. Cons: Sofa eher verdreckt von den offensichtlich vielen Hunden, die darauf gelegen haben. Risse unter den Fensterbänken in den Schlafzimmern. Kein Backofen. Ein Bett die Lehne verschlissen. "Pool wird kameraüberwacht ohne Hinweisschild, keine Handtücher für Pool, nur 3 Schwimmzüge möglich, wird nicht gereinigt, Bänke alle morsch, Schrauben stehen raus, kleiner Garten, Metalltreppe wird so heiß, dass sich Hund die Pfoten verbrennt, Bett nur einseitig begehbar, Matratze rutscht weg, zu hart, Rost für Grill unbrauchbar, Terrasse und Aussicht sind gut. Keine Reinigung zwischendurch, gegenüber wird täglich gereinigt.... für das Geld nicht zu empfehlen"

"Pros: Perfekt war der eingezäunten Garten. Somit konnte unser Hund gemütlich auch ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Problem hat. Bei uns hatte in der Dusche der Wasserhahn ein Problem und wurde sofort getauscht. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Hundestrand in Toscolano-Maderno ist ca. 30 min mit der Auto entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Danke...
