"Outdated, and a bit run down, but clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator was broken, and I think it had been for sometime, and front desk staff offered to help get our bags to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was pretty bleak. It would have been nice to have had some fruit (any fruit) and maybe some bagel options? Yogurt? We were there three mornings and only tried it once."

"Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room. My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch that looked like blood. This is a dingy hotel and not at all as advertised so please ignore those reviews that say it is clean and renovated because it is not. The hallway carpets are dirty and torn, there are open doorways leading to cluttered storage rooms directly across from where they serve “breakfast” which was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have had. Got there at 7am just in time for cold egg molds and hash browns that had to put in the toaster to heat up. No protein (bacon or sausage). Old brown bananas. The back outside next to parking is either under construction or just never finished (seems to be the latter) and has crooked walkway and unsafe conditions. The only small plus is the gym is decent. I would never stay here again. I travel consistently for work and pleasure and use this hotel chain frequently, but now have this place crossed off my list as a stay away location! There are plenty of nearby hotels that are much better quality for the same price."

"This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. Unprofessional and rude staff Collin and Meghan will say it is the customer who is a problem without looking at their conduct. I was filmed by an employee Katie on her personal phone, even though there are cameras in the lobby."

"The Origin Westminster is definitely a phenomenal hotel to stay at. Staff is very welcoming & helpful, room service staff was very thorough & always very nice. Rooms are always very clean & smell great. Only thing I can see that would cause an issue with others would be that the shower head is extremely pressurized. Restaurant inside the hotel is phenomenal! Every meal we had was excellent. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Denver! "

"Breakfast choices are good, but eggs are a cold mush, potatoes greasy and tasteless, the sausage dry and tastes like cardboard. No soap in room and when asked maid, they were out. Had to use shampoo to wash hands...😏"
