We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a table with 4 stools and stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. All the necessary crockery, cutlery, and basic cooking essentials are readily available. The open plan design allows for an unobstructed view into the living room, and double doors lead from the kitchen to the backyard.

The living room features a leather sectional, a decorative fireplace, and a 55" Smart TV. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Right off the living room is a convenient half bath, laundry room, and access to the garage.

Security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

This is a residential area, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise or parties will result in eviction and potential legal action. If you have questions about your group, feel free to reach out.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, with a minimum fine of $650.
