"Clean house with plenty of room for all six members of my family. Beds were very comfortable. The host responded to my phone calls and texts quickly. I would stay there again. David K."

"Very clean, safe, lots of dining around. Freeway near parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. They let me know that they were would be a bit of construction but I did not hear a thing. Walls are insulated very well. Beds are super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. "

"The pictures of the property were very deceiving. Neither toilet flushed well. There were holes in the wall just covered up by doors, most of which werent even attached but rather leaning against the wall. The pool table, which was what attracted us to the property the most was worse then any bar table ive ever seen. Ever ball rolled to one corner. there was nothing to rack with. there was one stick woth no chalk. The foosball table was in similar condition. not at all level. the fridge had a spot for a water filter but it had been removed. There was only one trash bag in the can for the weekend with no replacements. One of the couches in the livingroom was broke and lopsided. The front yard had giant mounds of dirt in it. It was clear that they "remodel" quickly to use this property but it was done in a way we in construction call a sellers special. We made great memories on our trip and will never forget them due in large party to how bad the house was but we made the most of it"

"The suite was updated and very clean. Large rooms and private baths for both bedrooms. Location was easy to downtown Kansas City. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is you can easily hear talking and TV from the neighboring suites, but the host has set quiet hours, so as long as everyone observes those, it isn't an issue."

"When I checked out of room, I looked under bed to ensure I did not leave anything behind to find someone else's dirty clothes under bed. Otherwise, property is dated, but relatively good condition."
