The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, tidy, with a well-maintained yard and a very nice neighborhood. The location is ideal, providing easy access to numerous local restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions. The property was a superb value for our party of 4 and it will be for all parties of 4-10 people. We recommend it highly for your stay in the Kansas City area. Our hostess provides clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out, along with details about use of the various items associated with the property. Our hostess is superb! "The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."
