"So ill start with everything good then ill go to what I didnt like. The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. The staff were very friendly and helped us with multiple things. There are multiple places to eat close by which makes it a great location. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

"No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "

Room is basic but clean in a traditional Moroccan style. 20 mins walk to the beach or Taxi (20 Mad) There is a bar in the hotel you can take away to your room or solarium upstairs. Great little coffee bar across the road & a few restaurants just outside. Would definitely recommend as a base, if out daily exploring."

"The room was a really great size, with two balconies. The value was excellent and the hotel had an ideal location, with it being walkable to the beach. "The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...
