"Housekeeping performance very variable, some days didn't vacuuming the floor, other days didn't make the beds. Sometimes our room was missed altogether. Weird having a sliding glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom. Light switches are a nightmare - after a stay of 24 nights i still found their operation was inconsistent and confusing. Super restaurants and very reasonable good food but they get packed and 3 of the four don’t take reservations. Reception staff friendly but they don’t remember who is staying - after a couple of weeks they did say good morning without prompting. Very helpful but had to ask others if there was an issue. Good position on a bus route straight into the city with frequent cheap busses. Attached is a sip and save so good for drinks in the room. Also a convenience store with a variety of cheap hot and cold food. The road outside is quite busy and there is a lot of road noise when the window is open. The air conditioning is problematic in that it sometimes blows hot air when it’s supposed to be cooling. Having said all the above we want to stay again!"

"Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again."
