The location is excellent as is the condition of the property, the included breakfast is a welcome bonus. My only complaint is that the bed was hard and uncomfortable, otherwise I would rate it 5 stars

This hotel was very good Kym at the bar had excellent customer service! All the staff were nice shame there is no pool and the rooms are a bit small but great location.

Would rate it 10/10 across everything. Staff were great. Room was everything I expected. Value for $ was probably the main criteria as I had checked online to find somewhere. Parking breakfast on top of clean, friendly and well situated. Definately will be back

Great Hotel
Great spot, staff were super friendly and accommodating, we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were moved to another room, staff couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding if they tried.

Property was Awesome. Only problem i had was the Parking. Had to Park next door at a Car Park and had to purchase a ticket every time you used the car park.

The staff are amazing in particular Kim at the bar above and beyond customer service. The rooms are clean but very small shame there is no pool. Buffet breakfast was very good lots of hot and cold options. 24/7 reception which is great.

Waited over 10 minutes to check in as both staff were on the phone and in no hurry to get off. Room was nice and clean, good size and air conditioning was really good. The block out blind are fantastic and the room was pitch black when down. Bed was hard as a rock and pretty uncomfortable. Went for our breakfast in the morning at the restaurant and there was no hot food available, asked staff about it and they said it’s in the oven. Was also a dismal amount of pastries left. Don’t understand how you can’t have enough food for all your guests when you know how many are booked in? Hotel is in a convenient location but probably wouldn’t rush back to stay there.

Modern, well designed Queen room. Great use of space and furniture. USB charging ports both sides of the bed. You don't get that at older hotels. Staff were great. Loved the modern decor in public areas.

Although the hotel is situated at a nice and quiet alley, an area (around 100m out) is home to the nightclubs and bars. There will be people smoking throughout the day around the vicinity and at night, can get noisy. To those who are particular about smoke and noise, they can make arrangements for alternative route to and from the hotel by foot. Otherwise, this is recommended hotel. Thank you.
