Our one bed annex/apartment is attached and integral to our home with its own private entrance. 5 minutes walk to West Byfleet Station with easy access to London (25 mins). Full kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. The bedroom can be set up with a king size or twin beds. Full bathroom with bath and shower. Large lounge/diner with a desk for working. Free WiFi and Cable TV. Completely self contained with side entrance. The apartment is integral to our family home in a very peaceful road and whilst we always keep noise to a minimum we are sharing the same building. We are happy to help you with your stay or give you as much privacy as you need. We would love to welcome you to our home! Easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, great base for visiting London and the south east. Local attractions include Wisley Gardens, Thorpe Park, Savile Gardens, Windsor Castle and Lego Land. Easy access by car to Ascot, Sandown and Epsom Races, Wimbledon Tennis, the golf at Wentworth. The Surrey Hills, Guildford and the South Coast are all accessible. We are Members of a local golf course so can give you lots of information on all the local courses including the 3 Ws!

Beautiful home. Hosts went above and beyond in making us feel at home and welcome. The perfect location for us to spend time with our family. Everything you could possibly need while away from home. Highly recommend this rental.
This property is in a quiet and very attractive location with safe parking. The annexe offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is bright and welcoming with views over the garden. It provides a good base for visiting places such as the RHS Garden at Wisley, Brooklands Motor Museum, Hampton Court and Windsor and it is a 10 minute walk to West Byfleet station for trains into London.
This cottage like suite overlooking the garden was quiet, comfortable and tidy. The location was excellent, close to the train station but far enough away that there was no noise. The neighborhood itself is leafy and aptly represents the best of English suburban neighborhoods, so nice to hear the birds in the morning. Our hosts were friendly, considerate and helpful. We'd stay here again if next in the area.

We loved this property, beautifully clean and comfortable with everything guests could need and in a quiet, peaceful and picturesque area.
Village shops, restaurants and train station a pleasant 10 minute walk away with excellent train services into London.
The hosts are on site but not intrusive at all but available if we needed anything.
We really felt at home here and would highly recommend the property.
Our stay was what we expected and more. The property was exactly as described and I highly recommend. The kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom were all spacious and very comfortable. Gill was a great host. Excellent accommodation with private parking. The house is in a quiet and attractive location a short walk to the railway station and town centre shops.
We loved everything about our stay. The location is superb, so convenient to London being 30 mins on the train yet quiet and beautiful in Surrey. The annex is divine, has everything you’d need, immaculate, and our Hosts were gracious and kind and gave awesome hints and tips whilst not being intrusive at all. Really was the perfect stay and we loved it.
Great accommodation close to West London with easy access to Hampton Court, National Trust locations in the Surrey Hills. Approximately to West Byfleet station makes getting in London easy.
Property owners made us very welcome.
Our host greeted us warmly on arrival and gave a tour of our annex. Basic food supplies were on hand, in the well-planned kitchen overlooking a manicured garden, and all rooms admitted sunshine are quiet in an upscale neighborhood. It felt like home away from home!
Couldn’t recommend Gill’s Annexe highly enough. Beautiful area and great location for London. Gill is a lovely host. Extra touches made our stay so enjoyable. Lots of kitchen basics. We didn’t want for anything. We will be back!
It was very quiet and comfortable with a view to the garden and a parking lot for the car.
It was just 5 min. away fom the station. From there it was 30 min. to London.(12.80 £ return ticket).

We were returning to the area we used to live in and found this perfect little rental in a quiet area close to West Byfleet. The rental was exactly as shown in the pictures and had everything we could ever want and was really comfortable. Gill and Paul were great hosts and responsive to any queries we had.
The location is perfect as you can walk to the local pub (great food), West Byfleet railway station and Waitrose supermarket in West Byfleet. There is a pleasant walk along the canal to the Anchor pub in Pyrford which is a pleasant canal side setting and expansive menu of great food.
Looking forward to visiting again.
Absolutely fantastic stay and we have already booked again! The annexe is just wonderful with everything anyone could ever need. The hosts are lovely and are there if you want them but not if you dont. I would 100% recommend this lovely accomodation. Thankyou for a lovely stay and see you soon!
The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was situated very conveniently for West Byfleet station and shops, yet its secluded position meant it was very quiet.
Very good property, clean, well equipped and lovely garden. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Took a little while to locate the property but it was well worth it. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it’s location as there’s so much to do in the area.
Gill was a great host and the annexe was lovely with all amenities required including fast broadband and full Virgin TV including sports and movies. There was a welcome hamper also which inlcuded bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, cake and everything you need was provided. The area is lovely and walking distance to all the local shops and train station. If we're ever visiting the area again then would definitely come back and stay here.
